Festival Director
Christopher Beaudoin AKA Chris Complex is the founding member and co-owner of Sanctuary Entertainment. Formally known as DjF13ND, Chris Complex has been a Dj and promoter for 16 years. Chris is the co-founder and director of Glow Hard Music & Arts Festival.
BLK Widow
Assistant Festival Director/ Assistant Festival Coordinator/ Social Media Manager
Vanessa AKA BLK Widow has been a Dj and Promotor for 4 years. Vanessa is co-owner of Sanctuary Entertainment and co-founder of Glow Hard Music & Arts Festival. In addition to being the assistant director and coordinator, Vanessa manages websites & social media.
Dru Finesse
Lead Coordinator/ Assistant Festival Director
Dru Finesse is the owner/founder of Art Life Studios, Art Rave & Winter Wake Up. Dedicating his life to the entertainment industry. He has played a pivotal role in the growing success of the Northeast edm scene. An activist and artist at heart, he proclaims to be in it for the community above all things.
Tucker TRussell
Sales & Marketing Director
Tucker is the CEO & Founder of The Catalyst Creative Collective, a full service sales and marketing agency. After leading the sales and marketing for Art Life Studios and Winter Wake Up Hotel Takeover, Tucker and his team will be taking on Glow Hard as their next major client handling all of the content creation, social media strategy, Email, SMS, & Ad campaigns, as well as the entire growth marketing strategy for the event.
Raechel Marandola
Talent Booking, Artist Liason & Hospitality
Rachel Marandola aka Raechma is head of booking, artist liaison and artist hospitality for Glow Hard Music & Arts Festival. After attending her first music festival in 2014, she instantly fell in love & continued to immerse herself into the community & culture as years passed. Raechma became connected with Art Life in 2022. August 2022, she was gratefully given the official position of artist booking under Art Life Studios.
Travis Ranta
Art Director
Painter, illustrator, graphic designer as well as making pendants, custom sunglasses and collage art. Always trying something new. Art Director for Art Life Studios events, and a participating live painter and vendor. Co-ordinating a variety of different styles, you won’t be disappointed by the live artists at Glow Hard!
Rina Appleton
Instagram/ Social Media Promotions
Rina AKA Ri-Rex is Sanctuary Entertainment's head of social media and promotions. She doubles as Sanctuary's official hype woman and the queen of headbang and dino-dancing. Ri-Rex is always heard before she is seen!

Volunteer Coordinators
Butze and Kathy are very excited to be joining the Glow Hard family. Volunteers are an integral part of every successful festival. We truly love our volunteers and treat them like the VIPs they are.
Devan Swan
Artist Hospitality & Transport Coordinator
Devan Swan AKA Kynd is Glow Hard Music & Arts Festival artist hospitality & transport coordinator. His Dj name resonates with his 'Kynd' hearted caring personality and he couldn't be a better fit for the job!
Adrian Adams
Vendor Coordinator
Adrian started attending music festivals in her early 20`s and over the coarse of over a decade has turned it into a passion and a way of life. Adrian has worn many hats in the festival world, including but not limited to security, different roles in production, and runs her own small business, Open Soul Traveler. Adrian simply loves helping bring together a community of people to share their love, art, and music!

Activities Coordinator
Fletcher Magnus is the Co-founder of Maine's Festival Family and a staple of Harry Browns Farm. Has come together with the Glow Hard team as the activities coordinator and he is here to bring you experiences that will keep you cool throughout the festival!
Matt Modica
sound Technician
Matt Modica AKA Wiggles has been a Dj and sound technician for 5 years. Owner of Subsonic Productions. Matt is the sound technician for the Boston Boat Cruise Summer Series. Wiggles is also Sanctuary Entertainment's head sound technician.
